This is Loituma performing “Ievan Polkka,” which is, I gather, a traditional Finish polka.  It can be found on their 1995 album, Things of Beauty.

I don’t recommend the album, but it’s hard not to enjoy the shit out of this song.  Can you imagine?  In Finland they speak this language every God-damn day.  In fairness, a good portion of the song is scat.  I don’t think they do the Cab Calloway thing every day in Finland.  It is the scat portion of the song that made it internet famous, which is, embarrassingly, how I came to know of its existence.
